Welcome to HuntShield ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at hunter-shield.com and our automated penetration testing services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using HuntShield, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Authorized Use

HuntShield provides automated security assessments and penetration testing. You may only scan websites, systems, and infrastructure that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws including computer fraud and abuse statutes.

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper authorization before initiating any scan. HuntShield does not verify your authorization to scan targets.

3. Account & Payments

3.1 Credits

Scans are purchased via credits. One credit equals one scan. Credits do not expire. All sales are final — credits are non-refundable.

3.2 Pricing

Our pricing is listed on our website and subject to change with notice. Current pricing at the time of purchase applies.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Service Limitations

HuntShield provides automated security assessments. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results are provided "as is" without warranty of completeness
• No automated test can guarantee the discovery of all vulnerabilities
• False positives are possible — we aim to minimize them but cannot eliminate them entirely
• You should verify critical findings independently

5. Data Handling

Scan data including target URLs, findings, and reports are stored on our servers. We retain scan data according to your plan (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Pro, 1 year for Enterprise). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Scan reports and findings generated by HuntShield belong to you. The HuntShield name, logo, software, and methodology are our intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuntShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Undiscovered vulnerabilities
• False positives or negatives
• Service interruptions
• Data loss

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HuntShield from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your unauthorized use of the Service, including scanning systems without proper authorization.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized scanning or abuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
